The DNB headquarters in Norway have won the Norwegian Steel Construction Prize 2015. The prize, awarded every two years, aims to encourage the use of steel and encourage new ideas and inspiring solutions within Norwegian architecture. The award is given to a steel structure based on the qualities of aesthetics, engineering, economics and the environment. The structure was designed in partnership with Ruukki Construction and consists of approximately 1.600 tonnes of steel, arranged in six by six metre cubes, creating what has been described as the most multifaceted of DNB's office facilities in Europe.

The European Convention for Constructional Steelwork (ECCS) also held an award ceremony in Istambul in which the DNB headquarters won the European Steel Design Award of Merit 2015.
