On March 26, Winy Maas will give a lecture as part of the AIA Baltimore Lecture Series: The Resilient City at MICA. The capability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from significant multi-hazard threats with minimum damage to public safety and health, the economy, and security of a given urban area is the topic of the Spring Lectures Series in 2014.
