The BDA Berlin invites its members to the BDA Container in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg on 26 June at 4:00 PM for a site visit with Verena Lindenmayer, Director MVRDV Berlin, and project leader Christoph Boeckeler.

The LXK Campus, developed by the joint venture of Tishman Speyer, RB Real Berlin Group, and CESA Group, is located at the intersection of Lange Straße and Krautstraße near Ostbahnhof. It forms part of the new CBD East district between Alexanderplatz and Mediaspree. Together with the redesign of the adjacent S-Bahn arches, the campus will create a new central public square opposite Holzmarkt, enhancing the surrounding neighborhood.

Designed by MVRDV, the LXK Campus comprises two buildings with approximately 9,350 m² of residential space and 51,850 m² of office and commercial space. The ground floor will feature restaurants, small retail shops, and community facilities, enriching both the campus and its surroundings. In addition, the development will include a large landscaped courtyard with recreation areas, a variety of sports and leisure facilities, and spacious terraces. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2026.

For the site visit, hard hats and safety vests are required; both can be borrowed on site. Please wear appropriate construction-site footwear.
