Join Lennaart Sirag on the 25th of May at the Clerkenwell Design Festival, as he explores the award-winning Ilot Queyries, amongst other MVRDV projects, and its intriguing domestic setting of over 300 dwellings.
Throughout his career, Lennaart Sirag contributed to a variety of large scale, mixed-use projects, thereby gaining profound skills in architectural design, general planning and technical due diligence. Prior to joining MVRDV, Lennaart worked in Hamburg for a leading European real estate company for retail developments in urban environments. This resulted in a deep understanding of processes, regulations and stakeholders within the field of planning and project realization in Germany. In his position as Director for the Berlin office, Lennaart oversees the projects in German-speaking countries in the realization phase. He strongly believes in MVRD’S vivid, colourful, and sustainable approach to architecture and urbanism.
The lecture series will be hosted during the Clerkenwell Design Week, and organized by EH Smith - one of the largest suppliers of bricks and ceramic rainscreen cladding to the construction sector in the UK. The Clerkenwell Design Week showcases leading UK and international brands presented in a series of over 400 events, with over 150 resident showrooms and 10 exhibition venues to explore. After being postponed for two years in a row, the festival, which has firmly established itself as the UK’s leading independent design festival, will once again be taking place.
