How can we shape our inner cities to be ready for current and future changes in society? The economic development council of Wiesbaden is organizing the two-day summit #RevivalCity to find out just that. They have invited MVRDV partner Jan Knikker on July 1 to speak about how MVRDV approaches this topic, by focusing on our projects in Rotterdam.

 As Partner at MVRDV, Jan Knikker leads the Contracts, Business Development and Public Relations efforts, forming a client-oriented, fast and strategic studio that includes a strong visualization team. He leads MVRDV’s branding efforts and has overseen the practices rapid expansion into new markets, focusing on the solutions for global issues through its architecture and urbanism.

The concept of the conference on July 1st and 2nd will focus the global view on the topic of "Liveable inner city" with the local needs of the Wiesbaden population and the economy. Internationally sought-after experts will analyze trends and look into the near future of the inner city after the pandemic.
