Javier Arpa Fernandez, Editor in Chief at MVRDVand Research- and Education Coordinator of the Why Factory, Faculty of Architecture, TU Delft is speaking at the festival SPAM Rome.02 on Monday 12 October 2020. It’s a special event called “SPAM Needs Education “ and it s is all about research and territories, school and innovation, space education and students and regeneration.
SPAM Rome is an annual festival promoted by OAR – Ordine degli Architetti di Roma (order of architects of Rome) to spread a renewed culture of the project. An event that wants to bring the attention on the problems and issues that regulate the urban, social and economic transformations of great contemporary metropolises, with special focus on the capital city.
