Jan Knikker, MVRDV Partner, is lecturing about "Transformations" on Monday, December 9, at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem. Established in 1906 by artist Boris Schatz as the “Bezalel School of Arts and Crafts”, Bezalel has evolved into one of the world's most prestigious art schools.
In addition to the regular curriculum, the Architecture Department offers an extensive range of extracurricular activities, including weekly lectures by architects and creative professionals from other disciplines, workshops and master classes by guest architects and theoreticians. Jan Knikker will focus in his lecture on the Markthal project, as well as mobility in the cities of the future.
