MVRDV Partner Jan Knikker is giving a lecture on "Multiplicity - Hybrid, multifunctional concepts for urban space" during the Hessischer Architektentag, the annual event of the regional chamber of architects of Hesse, to be held on 12 November 2019 in Neu-Isenburg.
This year's Hessian Architects' Day runs under the theme "Potentials for Housing" and deals with the current question of new living space and the question of where and how it is created. Experts will discuss the potential of existing areas and buildings in order to use them more efficiently, reuse them or add more space so that added value can be created in terms of building culture and quality affordable living space.
