Nathalie de Vries, Prof. TU Delft, principal architect and founding partner of MVRDV, is taking part at the event "What dreams for the city of tomorrow?". The event on Saturday 5th October 2019 at 13.30 is one of the events of Monde Festival in Paris. About a hundred personalities invited by the editorial staff of Le Monde will come to Paris from 4 to 7 October 2019 to discuss the theme "Imagine".
Together with French architect Dominique Perrault, Nathalie de Vries will talk about their dreams: how they are formed, what remains in their drawings, the struggles they are waging to protect them. The confrontation of their visions, their experiences will be an opportunity to address the major issues of architecture today, from the climate and environmental issue to the future of star architects and the dialogue, why not, on the future of Notre-Dame.
The meeting is hosted by Isabelle Régnier, journalist from Le Monde.
