MVRDV co-founder and principal architect Jacob van Rijs will lecture at the RiverCity Gothenburg on the 20th of September. In his lecture, Jacob will address the topic of watercities.
The RiverCity Gothenburg project encompasses the rehabilitation of several post-industrial sites, all located with proximity to the banks of the Göta River. The objective of the session is to shift focus from land to water and to embrace the river as a conceptual framework for urban transformations.
