MVRDV co-founder Winy Maas will give a lecture on the 29th of May at the Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. Entitled "Everything is Urbanism!", Winy's lecture will address issues around urban planning and its increasing complexity.

As the leading professor of the global think-tank and research institute The Why Factory, Winy has conducted extensive research together with his students and fellow researchers on the city of the future, exploring the topics of sustainability and urban density. The resulting work has been exhibited internationally at various events, such as the Business of Design Week, Hong Kong, 2009, The Total Museum of Contemporary Art, Seoul, 2012, and Dutch Design Week, 2017, to name only a few.
