Winy Maas will give a lecture on the 18th of May at the Kaliningrad International Forum Living Environment. Addressing this year's forum topic "All about housing", Winy will share his powerful vision for the future living environment.

The Kaliningrad Living Environment Forum 2018 aims to improve the housing quality in Russia and to create the best living conditions for Russian citizens. The Forum is organised and supported by the Strelka Institute, the Government and the Ministry of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation and the Russia Housing and Urban Development Corporation DOM.RF.
